As a definition, The F.C.I (FEDERATION CYNOLOGIQUE INTERNATIONALE) classify breeds and dogs within 10 groups.
This selection can be "surprising". It allows to have a good idea of "the breed mind", and of breeds size. All pure dog belongs to one and only one of those groups.
The Breed group belongs to sometime the differences beetween dogs within expositions and contests.
